I have just been outside watching the sun disappear behind the mountains and raising my glass to make a silent toast to Charlie, as I have done from time to time for the past 2 years.

Charlie was one of those people that leaves their mark. I wish that everyone could know a Charlie, I am still sad that he is not here, though he is still very much in the hearts of our community family.
