On a clear day you can see for ever!
A couple of weeks ago I took a couple of hours out to go for a drive to one of our look outs and then I decided to go for a walk up the hill “Mt Taylor” that is situated a couple of blocks behind my house.
First of all I headed along the road I travel every day to work. I had noticed there was a small tree there that was a little out of sinc with the season…a recent import? 
Anyway, I then went on to Red Hill look out, a favourite place for an evening drive when we had just finished high school. At night you get a twinkling view across the lake to town.

Mt Taylor is just out of the picture on the left, that’s where I go for a walk next.

The path heading back down the hill. It was a lovely sunny day but the wind was chilly, coming straight off the mountains. This week it has been snowing out there, but just grey and cold here.
The neighbours were waiting when I got down near the bottom of the hill.

What a beautiful place you live in Manda! I LOVE the mountains! I like the cities that can be big, and thriving, and yet,,,still keep it so green! Thanx for sharing these pics…I’d love to be able to go on walks like that! Hugsssss!!!
