Catching Up

Catching Up

When I woke up this morning there were 6 Magpies sitting on the railing of my deck, I opened the door and they sang their magpie warbling song. There were the 2 mummies, 2 juveniles (last years babies) and the 2 new babies. We said our good mornings, I gave them some food and they went off to do their thing.

Since my last blog I’ve had a few things on. On the 1st of November we had out RAAF School Penang reunion after months of planning. It all went well and on all accounts people enjoyed themselves http://www.raafschoolpenang.com/ I have 2 cd s of memories as a result, 1 a compilation of everyones pictures and memories of the school and the other pictures of the planning, setting up and the reunion itself.

Then I had a busy week at work, had to organise some interviews to replace staff who are leaving and last week was mostly in Melbourne at a conference. As soon as I left for Melbourne on the plane I could feel a sore throat coming on and spent the days dosing myself up to keep the cold at bay. Now I’m home I have got a very croaky voice and a head full of snot…nice …..

I took some pictures of the wild things in my garden a couple of weeks ago, so when I have another moment or 3 I’ll get them uplaoded to share.

Have a great week, everyone!

Let's chat about this!
